Shipping and Returns

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center.

We gladly accept returns within 20 days of the delivery date. You may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice.

Mainland USA standard flat rate $10 up to 4 business days delivery

Outside of the USA $25.95 up to 10 business day delivery

FREE shipping for orders over $ 150

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day

All orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. We do not ship at the weekend or Public holidays. There may be circumstances beyond our control which could cause delays and in such circumstances, we will try to contact you via email or telephone.


Purchases made online are governed by USA distance selling regulations and the returns policy is different to in-store purchases.

-All online orders (both USA and international) have 14 days to return any items for a full refund.

-All goods are sent with a returns form. If you wish to return the goods, please enclose the form indicating if you wish for a refund or an exchange.

-Items must be unworn, unwashed and must have all labels and packaging intact. Please be careful that any aftershave or body spray worn does not leave any marks or trace of scent.

-The return is your responsibility until it reaches us so we recommend using a delivery service that is insured and trackable. For USA costumers we suggest USPS

-All refunds exclude shipping costs unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty.

-If you wish to exchange an item simply return as above with the returns form enclosed. Feel free to email us at the store on or call us on +1619 7817279 in order for us to hold any item you require while we await your package.

-International customers must clearly mark all packaging/customs forms as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are your responsibility.
